Recommendation

We are pleased to provide further details of the recommendation stage of the advice process.

In making our recommendation and providing advice, we will:

• Recap. on the outcome of our earlier meeting(s), checking our mutual understanding of your needs, objectives and priorities.
• Ensure that there have been no changes in your circumstances that might affect our advice.
• Provide a high-level explanation of our advice, relating this to the needs previously identified.
• Provide documentation that explains the key features of any product recommended.
• Provide a personal illustration of the costs and potential benefits of any product recommended.
• Provide (where previously agreed) a detailed, written report that confirms both our recommendations and the reasons for them.
• Discuss and agree the actions to be taken following our recommendation.
• Confirm what happens next.

Where our advice involves the arrangement of any insurance or investment related product (including mortgages), we are required to satisfy Anti-Money Laundering legislation. We will therefore need documentary evidence of your identity and address.
